Approximately 100 people in total, 4 arrival times, approx 10 families per timeclot. 

Need to reserve & use the Forum, Hallway of IDEAS Institute, and Athletic Center Hallway from 8-12:00. Will need a tent, 2 tables, 2 chairs at Pineda gate, 2 tables in Forum lobby, 2 tables in Athletic Center. Also need to clear the Pineda parking lot nearest the gate for the morning - approx 45-50 spots.
